Delayed Financing friendly lenders

Hello all,

Planning to execute my first BRRRR and looking for lenders who does delayed financing loans with no issues considering closing costs and rehab escrow along with purchase price in refinance amount( off course when the total is less than 75% ARv). Property is located in PA.

I have the exact same question. The lender I usually use isn't familiar with the delayed financing rule. I could educate him, but would rather use someone who's knowledgeable.
