Where best toFind Off Market / Wholesale deals in Memphis TN?

Hi Everyone!

I have been investing in Memphis TN for approximately 10 months now (Only MLS Deals) and wanted to ask this great forum for recommendations where best to find Wholesalers / Off market deals?

What are the main sources for those? If going with wholesalers where best to find good ones that can offer real value and not bad deals? And how to get on their top buyers list?
