Wichita, KS Investors/Flippers
Hello BP,
I’m based in the Wichita, KS area. I am in the process of obtaining my real estate license. At this point, I am trying to figure out the best route to go regarding wholesaling, flipping, working for a broker, etc. Whatever I decide on, I figure having my license can’t hurt. I was wondering if any experienced investors/flippers/brokers would be up for grabbing coffee and discussing their experiences. Brand new to the real estate industry and any help would much appreciated. Thanks in advance.
