foreclosure under contract

Hey Guys

If I have found a listing online and the foreclosure is under contract, am I still able to bid on the property, or does the current offer need to fall through before I can make an offer?

Based on your questions, I would highly recommend that you find a good buyer's agent to represent you in the deal. The agent can answer your questions, prepare the contract for you, help you negotiate, etc. And it won't cost you anything -- seller pays the commission.
