Assistance in Deal Analysis

Hi,

My name is Nishil Kothary and I am located in NJ. I am looking to buy my first property in the near future but I'm struggling with the deal analysis portion of the project. Does anyone have any tips on how to go about this process? What is a good systematic way to gain practice in this aspect of RE investing? 

If anyone has online work that they would like me to help with in regards to this I would be happy to do so, free of cost. I'm simply trying to improve my skillset in RE Investing.
