Hey guys, I have a quick question about property attorney taxes. I have a seller deeding me 3 properties but he owes more than $25K in property taxes on each one of them. They need rehabbing and the average ARV is $65K. I was reaching out to see if someone had a good property tax lawyer for Northwest Indiana?

I would think any title company could take care of this. Due taxes are something they would address bringing up title. You will most likely pay the county assessor the 25K and get the title.
