Hello BP Community,

Can definitely use advice in which zip codes in the Jacksonville, FL market are good to invest in. Specifically looking for multi-unit properties in this market for buy and hold. Any advice on this market is greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance!

I would look into the orange park area and then possibly the north side but if looking into the northside/dtown properties you need to be careful. If you need an agent and a broker let me know.
