Federal Tax Lien on Auction Home (Quitclaim deed)

Hello BP,

I'm looking at a property of interest on Auction.com, but it has a federal tax lien of 17k. If I win the auction (say at 100k for example), would that 100k go into paying off the federal tax lien or is the 17k tax lien something I would have to take care after auction. Note, the deed type is a quitclaim deed. Any help is appreciated!
