Commercial Office Condo
Hello Fellow Forum Members.......My partner and I are considering purchasing an office condo for a separate business entity we own. There will be an instant lease in place from our other entity. The separate entity is currently leasing space.
We need some guidance on valuing the property in order to generate numbers for an offer to the seller. Are there any members out there who have some experience in commercial and would be willing to give us some guidance and pitfalls to consider?
