Need help understanding Seller Financing
Saw a listing that said "Seller financing may be available for down payment or closing costs assistance." I have a grasp of seller financing for the whole deal, but not just a down payment or closing costs. Does anyone have experience in this or can advise further? Thanks!

@Nathan G. That sounds about right.. for whatever reason I could not wrap my head around it as far as a lender approving a loan and also factoring in a borrowed DP etc. Very creative!
