Hello BP,

My boyfriend and I are very new to the real estate game and would like to get some solid advice. We’ve been able to save about $20K but still don’t have the confidence or knowledge to actually start.

We wanted to start here in New Jersey, and possibly house-hack a multi unit.

Any recommendations where to start (i.e cities, towns, etc) groups to join, tools/ calculators to run numbers on houses we come across?
