title lien on house that I do not own
I got a phone call today telling me that there is a lien on a house that I never own. my mom sign along with me but she is dead now, what I should do. The house is transfer to another person and they did no have problems with the transfer is being 2 year. It was a loan for a water filter that i did not pay since she die. thanks
