Hello BP!

I am currently looking to buy a 5-7 unit apartment complex in Columbus OH. I was able to sell one of my Rental properties  before having to pay capital gains tax so I have time to do my due diligence in finding properties that meet my criteria.

This will be my first Commercial multifamily investment. I was hoping to get some ideas in finding off the market deals by cold calling and mailing letters to potential buyers. How have you found success in getting a hold of address informatifon?

Hi Chris!    Cold calling, direct mail, and networking.  It all works but is a numbers game!
