What are pros and cons of different rental houses??

Hey guys, I'm 18 from Malaysia and I'm really interested in real estate investment, but I'm stuck with choosing which type of rental houses to focus on. I couldn't find anything on Google that compares the pros and cons of different rental houses, so I really hope to get some opinions of BP investors, thankss.
