Buying Tax Deeds for rentals

Is anyone else here buying tax deed properties for rentals? I’ve been acquiring properties as fast as they show up on the list either at auction or through the counties direct. Just wanted to see if there are any others using this method.

That is the recommended strategy here in Texas since it is difficult to get a title policy for 2 years.  Most of our investors buy and rent them out.  They can then decide whether to keep as a rental or sell.
