Getting Started - Please share tips, stories, and advice
Hello everyone! I'm interested in getting started with Real Estate investing. My husband and I own our home with our 2 kids so house hacking wouldn't be an option for us. How do you suggest we get started with a limited budget ($10k cash). Are we able to get a loan for our first investment?
