Lead inspection form

Posted

I’m closing on a multi family in New Hampshire. My insurance company is requiring for me to pay for a lead inspection before they’ll insure. Is this common practice? Any idea what I should be expecting to pay? Thanks.

@Jessica Stevenson we already signed off saying that all inspections are complete. So of course I won’t be continuing with this insurer. I’ve since found multiple other insurers that don’t require a lead inspection.
