Investing in BRRRR Deals Passively

Hey everyone,

I'm preparing my assent into RE investing with B&H's and I had a thought about investing into BRRRR deals for small pieces of equity and CF relative to the amount invested. I would like my investment back in full with the refi, have equity in the deal with some CF, long or short term. It's less control, but I'm passively investing, so....ya.

I'd like to hear some thoughts from the BP’s community.
