Starting out Real Estate Investing In Columbus Ohio
Hi all,
New Real Estate investor looking to get started in out of state real estate investing. I currently live on Oahu, Hawaii so its nearly impossible to find good deals that cash flow with high housing prices. Currently have around 25k for a downpayment on a house and around 10k in stocks to liquidate if needed. I currently work for a job that is very secure, so i think i would be able to secure a loan.
I wanted to get pointed in the right direction with contacts in the Columbus, Ohio area to get started in real estate.
