I found out about this through someone else. I just want to know if this is a scam.

I just rolled across this as well. I was trying to find out the same thing. 

Watched the webinar and don't know what it is about. Looks like its just wholesaling. 

Peter has  a page of complaints and rip-off alerts when I googled his name.  He is working through "Awesomerei.com" I believe Awesomerei is similar to the  model used by Connected Investors; they have some legitimate information like BP, but everything is tied to leading you down the pricey guru path of garbage. Awesome rei, seems to be legit but I assume ties into these characters to make a commission.  Red flag to begin with,  it was $97.  ANYTHING with 97 in the price seems to be a scam Hahaha.

Might be nice to have a BP group that decodes the guru programmes.  Like figuring out the recipe of nice beer!

Any updates if this program is a scam or not?
