Assist on a Finders Fee

Hi All,

I'm working with an investor to source off-market commercial real estate deals. I was offered a 2% finders fee, but have a question about how to reward someone who helps me find the deal. So for example, if I ask people in my network if they know of something and someone brings me a deal I'm looking for, is it normal to cut them in on the finders fee?
