RENOVATION LOANS!!! - Looking for Ideas

Hi All,

I just purchased a duplex in upstate NY for $70k. It needs about $75-80k in renovation. The purchase was funded by a HELOC that I have on my primary residence. However, I am now stuck with the renovation costs...I'm not sure how to fund. Should I get a personal loan, bridge loan, etc.?

The property ARV is $250k and I plan to refinance once the project is completed.

Any help would be helpful!!

Thank you,

Shahid
