Looking to Sell an Underperforming Property with Renters

I have a deadweight property in MPLS, MN that is actually now costing me money. Long story short, it's a Condo that has had recent HOA increases over the years and is now cashflow negative. Is it feasible to sell the property while the current renters are still in it? Their Lease is up in April 2021.
