What's the best way to sell a rental property in a far away city?
I own a SFR in a nice part of Houston, tenants in place, and am considering selling so I can buy in a different market. Does anyone have advice on how to handle selling? If there wasn't a tenant in place, I'd just list it with a Realtor, which maybe is the best way to sell a property even with a tenant?
