Recently saw the news about Tesla opening a new factory in Austin, TX. I'm assuming that it will start driving prices up as time goes by. I'd like to know if anyone has experience, lives in, or has invested in the area. I'm interested in 2-4 units multifamily and would like to know prices and any other details. Thank you
