Biggest Wholesaling Mistakes?
I am currently wholesaling a neighbor’s property (owner recently passed). Unless I can access unconventional financing, I’ll need to wholesale the property to an investor or maybe partner with someone. I’m new to wholesaling and I’m trying to understand and ascertain what I should be mindful of for this type of transaction. Would love to hear from both sides - investors and active wholesalers. Any and all insight is welcome. The property is paid for, but needs to be updated. It is in Las Vegas (gated community), 2/2 and approx. 1200 sqft.
