WHERE ARE THE MOST IDEAL AREAS IN SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA TO EXECUTE A HOUSE HACK?

THIS WOULD BE MY FIRST REAL ESTATE INVESTMENT, AND CONSIDERING PURCHASING A MULITFAMILY FOR A HOUSE HACK.

I AM 20 YEARS OLD ACTIVE DUTY MILITARY, ORIGINALLY FROM COVINA, CA. 

ANY AND ALL ADVICE IS HIGHLY APPRECAITED. 

I AM NEW TO REAL ESTATE INVESTING. I'VE LEARNED SO MUCH, BUT WANT TO LEARN MORE! AND MOVE ON TO THE NEXT STEP.
