Loan for buying a property if you are not living USA
I am from India, wanted buy a property in manhattan. I can put up 20-25% money of the purchase price. For the rest of the money can i get a loan. The loan will be paid back from the lease rentals that i will receive. Can someone help me with this, in locating the property, arranging for the loan and finding the tenant. Thanks
