I have a cash buyers agent who agreed to letting me add them to my cash buyer database if I have any properties for sell, but asked me “what is my referral fee”

How should I respond?

Do you give any commissions to agents? If not, then say your referral fee is zero.

As a real estate agent that works with a lot of investors, it has become a practice of mine to ask the buyer to pay my commission ($3,000 flat fee) if I bring them a deal from a wholesaler. The savvy investors take that commission into account when they are running their numbers and most have no issues paying me for my time if I continue to deliver deals to them on a silver platter.
