Realtors that understand owner financing wraps in Texas?
How do I find realtors that understands owner financing and wraps? I find most of the buyers myself, because I have to. If I can find a couple of realtors that could handle all my properties that I’m selling That could be a great thing. If the realtor was bilingual that would be great as well. Most of the properties we have is in or near San Antonio, Austion and I have some in Corpus Christi TX so if the realtor could speak Spanish that would be a great plus.
