Seeking help in marketing off market multifamily in New York
I am trying to sell a distressed multifamily in a bad area of New York and 9 of the 15 units have tenants who have not paid rent for at least 2 months. The building was very poorly managed leading to the late payments. Should I include in the initial setup that the 9 tenants are behind in payments or should I withhold the information until I have a serious buyer and than disclose the information?
