how to buy from a FSBO

What's up BP? What if walk into an FSBO and just knew I wanted to buy the property. How would I put under contract with an agent? What steps. do you recommend I take when buying this house? Thanks for your help.

I'd ask the seller. Sometimes FSBO means a listing service and they have a listing agreement for a low fee.

Sometimes the seller will pay a comm (you get a broker) and sometimes not (you get a RE atty).

In any case, you get someone with experience on your side if you haven't done this prior.
