What are my funding options for investing with no money no job?
Like what it says above. I have everything ready, besides the property to build a single family home to be rented out for a short term/ vacation rental. Like all things, it comes down to money and we've all heard the extremes of the whole " I was homeless at 20/lived in a box/felon, but now I am financially free story" I have a small amount of money and no job. You all have started somewhere, what are all my options for funding this project?
