Washer/dryer not customarily included in house sales in Texas?
Hey Texas investors out there!
Is it customary not to include washer/dryer when selling a house in Texas?
Thank you!

Anything NOT attached or affixed is considered personal property and can legally be taken by the seller. Freestanding stove/range (whether inserted between cabinets or standing off by itself) is the only item that customarily stays with the property. Sellers usually take refrigerator, freezer, counter top microwave, washer, dryer, etc with them. Of those, the refrigerator is the one most likely left behind. Unattached appliances should be negotiated in the P&S agreement by the Buyer, if wanted.
