Advice in New Jersey

Hi All,

I currently live in NYC and work for a real estate development consulting company that does work solely in the boroughs. I am looking to flip houses in the surrounding New York area - North/Central New Jersey and Northern New Jersey where prices are more feasible.

Has anyone had any success in New Jersey? I am starting from scratch and do not have a precise location in mind, but wanted to hear people's thoughts!

I have a rockstar team of contractors in the New York area which is why I want to keep it semi close to the city (hour or so out).

Thanks in advance

@Jeff Weaver north jersey 10 to 15 minutes to nyc and a lot of activity. I been selling in Hudson county for 20 years and it has just kept brining great returns especially in the Multifamily sector.
