How do I locate commercial investors in the Bronx ready to buy commercial property. I have commercial property I'm  looking to wholesale.  How can I find local commercial investors that are  looking to invest in the Bronx.  This is  new to me and I am trying to find investors or franchises that might be interested in purchasing a building.  I'm not sure where to look.
