Trying to figure out how to sell my company’s double wide office.
Good morning everybody!
The company I work for is trying to get rid of our main office (a 17 year old double wide). I’m looking for some general advice on the steps to take to sell/move this. Selling to directly to a customer vs auctioning it? Move it for the buyer vs lowering the price and having them move it? Are there and large scale resalers that give fair prices?
