Hi, I am new to BP and I was wondering how and where do you find investors wanting to buy a off market piece of real estate. I am a wholesaler and was wonder how do you guys find investors wanting to buy.I have a 46 storage unit facility off market, but I cant seem to find any buyers. I was just wondering if there is a good way to find Investors. Any advice for me?

Apart from on here of course, I've had a lot of luck with local Facebook investor groups specific to my market.
