Looking for an investment minded agent in Tampa, FL!

Hi everyone!

I just moved to Tampa at the end of April and I am currently saving up money with my brother to invest in our first property once our lease ends. We are looking to most likely house hack with a duplex or triplex, we are also willing to buy a large single family home and rent out beds as well. I am very new to everything and I wanted to start my search looking for an agent that would be able to help find properties for me and help provide me with some knowledge to be able to make a great purchase once the time comes. Does anybody with experience in this area have a good recommendation for an agent or can provide some insight on what they did to be successful in this area? Any help is greatly appreciated.
