Does anyone have any experience real estate investing in Sequin, Texas? I am interested in buy and hold investing FYI. Also, how is the economy there? I think it has the ingredients for a good market economy.

Seguin is definitely an area that is too often overlooked. A lot of great deals are available out there and they are extremely affordable. We're talking well under 100K.
