Hello BP members!
I have 2 bed 1 bath SFH in a nice neighborhood under contract. My remodel plans included kitchen and finishing the attic. House will pass FHA as is. I have appraisal and title work done and seller presigned closing. Was supposed to close today.
It seems my financing has fell through and while I am working on other options if someone wants to double close or has experience doing that I would prefer that rather than backing out of the deal. I think it is a great property. Open to talk options.
