1031 Exchange Officers

I'm looking to connect with investors using 1031. Being familiar with the process of buying under a 1031, I know finding deal flow to fit the clients' needs in terms of deal flow can always be an issue. I moved 52 deals last month with the majority of those being multi units throughout and city and the surround counties. I'm simply looking to connect, hear experiences, and the processes involved with 1031.
