Seller Financing Note, Title...
Hello BP members,
I'm looking at a property in NJ where seller offers financing. I've never purchased using seller financing.
Let's say I make an offer an it's accepted, who does the note? My attorney?
I'm assuming I need the usual, an attorney, title company, survey etc...
An short high level overview of the process and any tips would be greatly appreciated.
