What # should I use for property tax?

So, I am doing a quick cash flow analysis on a Columbus Ohio property and I am on the tax assessors website and I see this: https://prnt.sc/vfed59

Theres 2 numbers: Original Tax and Current Tax

Original Tax is the highest number and after a number of deductions, it shows the final number as Current Tax

When doing a cash flow analysis and doing property tax, should I use the Original Tax or Current Tax number? Which is more accurate for my cash flow analysis?
