Thinking about buying a condo in woodside

Thinking about buying a condo with 2bed 2bath for ~700k in woodside, Queens NY. I think price pount make sense since with 3000 all in monthly payment and I am pretty sure I can rent it our close to that if I have to.. any thoughts on this? Is woodside an ok area to buy a condo at?
