300K SF industrial space under construction in Georgetown
A New Mexico-based developer is building another industrial park in a suburb north of Austin, after garnering some city incentives. On nearly 150 acres in Georgetown, near I-35 and the Texas State 130 toll road, Titan Development Real Estate is building more than 330,000 square feet of industrial space in the first phase of a project dubbed NorthPark35. The industrial park will be directly east of the Georgetown Municipal Airport, and it is billed as the first master-planned industrial park in the Williamson County city.
Titan Development is also behind the Innovation Business Park in Hutto — a 72-acre project northeast of State Highway 130 and State Highway 79 — as well as a speculative industrial building in New Braunfels.
