How much should I pay to a realtor to list my rental property

I am a newbie in real estate investment. I just purchased a condo unit in Akron, Ohio and I want to use a local realtor to help me rent it out. Does anyone know how much I should pay to a realtor to do this?

Typically it is a fee equal to one month’s rent....they’ll end up splitting that with whatever agent brings you a tenant.
