How to find out how much I can sell my house in Tacoma
I have a house in Tacoma, Washington near the Hospital, train station. I just put in $20,000 new sliding, $5,000 new electric box and wirings, carpet, water heater, new paints, new fridge, new vapor barrier and insulations. The roof is about $10 years old. It is about $1000 sq feet. How do I find out how much I can sell it? Any suggestions? Thank you.

Hey Charles - is this your home, a rental, or a flip currently?
Most folks have a real estate agent put together a CMA (comparative market analysis), which will look at recently sold homes that have similar characteristics to yours to determine what a fair price for it would be.
