VA Home Loan in Boston, Massachusetts

Good evening,

I’m currently stationed in the Boston, MA. I would like to purchase a house here or a multi family unit in Worcester, MA or even Providence, RI. Is anyone familiar with this area who can give me insight or any sort of input?

I'm not too firmiliar with those areas since I'm an RE agent in Columbus OH. But, I'm also a vet and love the va home loan!

If you have your full entitlement than there is no limit on the purchase price, you do have to qualify though.

The good thing is that if you buy any MF properties you can use this income to help your debt to income ratio.

If I could go back I wish that I would have bought only MF with my VA loan.
