PROPERTY INVESTMENT IN BUCKEYE SHAKER, CLEVELAND??

Posted

Good morning,

I am planning to buy a property to rent in Buckeye Shaker.

I know it is a quarter with quite a lot of criminality. However, I have also heard that it really depends on the specific area the property is located. It also looks like the quarter has good economic development plans to revitalize the local economy.

To be specific, I am planing to buy in 3205E 132nd ST, CLEVELAND, OH 44120. I do not have the impression that the area is that bad on google maps. However, it is really hard to evaluate when you don't know the place.

If you really know the area, could you please give me your advice?

I really appreciate you help.

Have a good day.

Once a tenant gets in there in people see a pattern that somebody live there, that will quickly stop. Far as vacancy that would be your only problem !   But Like I said before there always seem to be people in search for a home to rent. Especailly with section 8. I would just see how much you can profit with , and its worth the potential headache in the future.
